With complete processing year-round (of deer, elk, moose, bear & more) and 14 sausage styles to choose from, we can create a sausage to please any palate. The table below contains prices and minimum order sizes for each of our wild game sausage varieties. All of our sausages include 50% beef and pork and are made using natural casings. Keep in mind that all smoked sausage will shrink by approximately 10% of original weight. |
